Do you charge for an estimate?

No, all estimates are free of charge. We believe it is our obligation as experts in arboriculture to be up front and honest about the condition of your trees in every situation. Even if you only want a formal tree evaluation.

​How much does it cost to take down a tree?

It depends on the project, size of the tree, location of the tree and equipment access. The minimum price for tree removal is roughly $250 but it can be several thousands for just a single tree!

Who is liable if a tree falls and damages property?

When a tree falls on a neighboring property, that neighbor should file a claim to their insurance company immediately.

How often should you trim a tree?

It depends on the age of your tree. Generally, for mature trees, you will need to prune them every 3-5 years. Younger trees should be every 2-3 years.

Can I save money with your commercial tree care plan?

Yes. With a proper maintenance plan, your trees and shrubs will grow longer and healthier, which will lower the likelihood that you will have to replace them, which can be costly.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, cash, or card upon completion of the job. If we are not paid within 14 days of project completion. A 10% fee will be added to the total, every 14 days after.

Do you top trees?

No, tree topping is highly looked down upon in the industry. Tree topping is the worst thing that can be performed as it almost always leads to decay, sunburn, and numerous health issues. You would be prescribing a death sentence by topping your trees.

Do you offer any discounts for your services?

Yes, there are many ways you can save money when working with us. Most include leaving all or some of the debris, such as, the trunk/logs. This can reduce the price significantly if your trees can be felled from the ground.
